Recipe: Energizing Sparkler Pops

Ingredients:

(makes 24 pops)

  • 12 Eat Your Coffee Bars (we used Mocha Latte)
  • 1 package of your favorite chocolate chips (dark, milk or white)
  • Red, white and blue sprinkles
  • Cake pop sticks (we used Susty Party)

 

Method:

1. Cut Eat Your Coffee Bars in ½ and roll each ½ bar into ball

2. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave (in a microwave safe bowl)

3. Roll the Eat Your Coffee Balls around in the melted chocolate


4. Dump sprinkles into a bowl

5. Roll the chocolate dipped Eat Your Coffee ball around in the sprinkles until covered  

6. Place balls on a piece of parchment paper and refrigerate for 20 minutes 

7. Remove balls from refrigerator and skewer the flat side of the ball with the cake pop stick

8. Place in a festive jar and serve!
